# Size Guide
This men's clothing Size Guide for **udoppe.shop** provides general body-measurement guidance. It is not a guarantee that every garment uses identical dimensions or fit. Always check the individual product page for product-specific measurements, fit notes, fabric stretch, and available sizes.

These are general body measurements, not finished garment measurements. If a product page provides a separate chart, the product-specific chart should take priority.
## How to Measure
Use a flexible tape measure over light clothing or close to the body. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
### Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing the tape under your arms and across your shoulder blades. Keep your arms relaxed.
### Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, usually above the hips and near the narrowest part of the torso. Do not hold your breath or pull the tape too tightly.
### Neck
Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar normally sits. Allow enough room for comfortable movement.
### Inside Leg
For trousers, measure from the top of the inside leg down to the point where you want the hem to finish. Product pages may list a separate inside-leg or inseam length.
### Shoulders and Sleeve
For jackets, knitwear, and shirts, measure across the back from one shoulder point to the other. Measure sleeve length from the shoulder point to the wrist with the arm slightly bent, unless the product page gives a different method.
## Trousers and Jeans
Men's trousers may be labelled by waist and inside-leg measurements rather than XS–XXL. A label such as `32 / 32` commonly indicates a 32-inch waist and a 32-inch inside leg, but labelling conventions can vary. Compare your measurements with the exact product information before ordering.
## Fit Notes
- **Slim fit** is generally cut closer to the body.
- **Regular fit** generally provides a balanced everyday silhouette.
- **Relaxed or oversized fit** generally provides more room through the body.
- Stretch content, fabric weight, lining, and garment construction can change how an item feels.
If your measurement falls between sizes, consider the intended fit, layering, fabric stretch, and product-specific advice. Taking measurements from a similar garment that already fits you can also help: lay it flat and compare the same measurement points shown on the product page.
## Measurement Variations
Small differences may occur because of measuring technique, fabric behaviour, or manufacturing tolerance. General charts should not be treated as exact specifications for every item. If the size information on a product page appears unclear, ask before ordering.
